Greetings to our wonderful Mid Missouri School Counseling Association members!
We have 3 pieces of information to share with you!
1) MMSCA WILL host an in-person event this spring on April 10th but in keeping with our mission to support our members, this one will be a Self-Care Happy Hour since this time of year is crazy for school counselors. We would love to celebrate our retiring members at this meeting, which brings me to item number two.
2) If YOU ARE or KNOW OF a retiring school counselor that you believe is a member, please email us. We'd love to celebrate your/their hard work in the profession at the aforementioned meeting.
3) Just like for the Fall Conference, MSCA would like to offer you a scholarship through our region to the Take Ten Conference, which will be held in Lee's Summit on Friday, April 25.
See Eligibility information below: Submissions are due to MMSCA by March 11th and the winner will be notified the following week following a vote from the MMSCA board.

- The Take Ten Scholarship Recipient is willing to provide a brief (10 minutes or less) presentation on a takeaway from the Fall Conference at our Fall MMSCA PD meeting in October 2025.
