Critical Incident Response

When a young person or staff member dies, whether from an accident, suicide, or violence, the school community is left in turmoil. In today’s society, educators are continually faced with situations that can cause education to come to a complete standstill. Because schools are committed to providing for the well being of their students, the counselors in Mid Missouri have joined together to form the Mid-Missouri School Counselors Association Critical Incident Response Team to help each other assist schools in crisis.  If your school is experiencing a Critical Incident, please contact the Critical Incident Response Chair as soon as possible for assistance.
